Melting

The highest quality melt is formed by analysis and heat tracing.

Homogenization (diffusion annealing)

We improve the quality by forming a stable internal structure with our homogenization (diffusion annealing) system with a capacity of 20,000 kg.

Cutting Unit

In our cuts, smooth surface and standard size are formed.

Quality control

Our final products are prepared for shipment by doing pre-shipment analysis reports control, surface control, and packaging controls.

Packaging

As a standard, the packaging is made on wooden wedges with a steel ring. Also, arrangement and design are provided in line with the demands of our customers.

Casting

As a standard in our facility, production is made in 5” (127mm), 6” (152mm), 7 ”(178mm), 8” (203mm) diameters, billets vary from 1,000 mm to 6,400 mm lengths, and 6063, 6463, 6063B, 6951 standards. Apart from these alloy standards, alloying can be done in accordance with customer demands.

Analysis

Our personnel, who have training and experience in their field, carry out their analysis with atomic absorption analyzer and check whether the products are within the required standards.

WATER TREATMENT UNIT AND WATER COOLING SYSTEM;

We have a water softening and osmosis water purification system with a capacity of 20,000 kg/h, and we have water cooling towers with a capacity of 150m3 per hour. Thanks to this system, the billet surface quality is increased, and absolute quality is provided in our productions.
